Grand Prix Photo Batictech 09
This year for the first time we will also host an underwater photography exhibition.
Authors of best photographs will be awarded Grand Prix Photo Baltictech 09 prizes and the participants of the conference will decide, who will get the prize.
If you want to exhibit your works, please read the rules of participation below:
RULES OF PARTICIPATION
1. The exhibition is the event accompanying BalticTech 2009 Technical Diving Conference.
2. The exhibition is open for all photographers, without limitations.
3. Participation is free of charge.
4. The organizers accept the photographs of A3 size and larger, maximum 3 photographs.
5. Each photograph must be clearly described with name, surname and address and telephone number of the author.
6. The photographs should show underwater environment.
7. All photographs must be framed and ready for displaying – hanging.
8. Photographs should be submitted to the organizers until Friday 20th of November 2009 until 8 pm.
9. The organizers shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of photographs.
10. The exhibition will be opened on 21st of November 2009 at 9. am.
11. The photographs will be assessed by the participants of the conference.
12. 3 Grand Prix prize will awarded for Ist, IInd and IIIrd place.
13. Works will be returned to the authors on 22nd of November 2009.
14. By submitting the photographs the author agrees to accept these Rules of Participation.
15. The organizers of the exhibition reserve the right for final and binding interpretation of this Rules of Participation.
